POLITICO -- The House Government Oversight and Reform Committee has voted along party lines, 23-17, to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for refusing comply with a subpoena for documents related to the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal.
The vote came after the Obama administration this morning claimed executive privilege over the records. The next step would be a vote of the full House, but a floor vote is not expected before next week, Republican aides said.
